OCR: 汉武帝 在位 54年, 最 大的功绩 有 三个方面: 一是 抗击 匈奴, 巩固 了 汉朝 的 疆域。匈奴 是 生活 在 蒙古 高原 的 一个 古老 的 游牧 民族, 常常 依仗 骑 兵 侵扰 中原。 汉武帝 通过 战 争 手段, 彻底 把 匈奴 打败 了,此 后 50 年 间 边疆 平静。 二是 完善 政治、 经济 制度。三 是 征集 古代 遗书,设立 太学(相当于 现在 的 大学),推动 文化 和 教育 事业 的 复兴 和 发展。
